The invention belongs to the technical field of ship installation, and provides a small electric push ship stern shaft sealing system which comprises a shaft sleeve, a bearing and a sealing ring. The shaft sleeve sleeves the periphery of the tail shaft, a lubricating oil storage area exists between the shaft sleeve and the tail shaft, the shaft sleeve is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet, and lubricating oil is filled into the lubricating oil storage area from the oil inlet and is discharged from the oil outlet; the two sealing rings are arranged at the two ends of the shaft sleeve respectively, and the two bearings clamp the sealing rings from the two ends of the shaft sleeve, so that the lubricating oil storage area forms a closed space. According to the invention, only one sealing ring needs to be arranged at each of the two ends of the shaft sleeve, the sealing rings are clamped through the bearings, so that the shaft sleeve forms a sealed space, and high-viscosity lubricating oil is poured into the shaft sleeve through the oil inlet to fill the gap and is discharged from the oil outlet; therefore, the tail shaft is lubricated, and leakage of lubricating oil caused by too large oil pressure is prevented.

    本发明属于船舶安装技术领域,提供一种小型电推船船艉轴密封系统,包括:轴套、轴承以及密封圈;轴套套设在艉轴的外围,轴套与艉轴之间存在润滑油存储区,轴套上设有进油口和出油口,润滑油从进油口中灌入润滑油存储区并从出油口中排出;两个密封圈分别设在轴套的两端,两组轴承从轴套两端向密封圈夹紧,使润滑油存储区形成封闭空间。本发明只需在轴套两端各设置一个密封圈,通过轴承对密封圈进行夹紧,使轴套形成一个密封的空间,并将高粘度的润滑油通过进油口灌入轴套中灌满空隙并从出油口排出,从而实现了对艉轴的润滑以及防止由于油压过大导致润滑油泄露。
