The invention discloses a manta ray imitated robotic fish with a passive deformation structure. The manta ray imitated robotic fish comprises a bionic fish body structure, a bionic pectoral fin structure and a hardware control system. Bionic pectoral fin structures are arranged on the two sides of the bionic fish body structure respectively; the bionic pectoral fin structure comprises two driving rods and two driven rods, one ends of the two driving rods are connected with a steering engine arranged on the side face of the bionic fish body structure, the two driven rods are connected with the two driving rods, and a plurality of wing-shaped supporting plates are arranged and used for supporting the bionic pectoral fin skin; the hardware control system is arranged in the bionic fish body structure and used for controlling the bionic pectoral fin structure to act, and passive deformation movement in the spanwise direction and the chordwise direction of the bionic pectoral fin structure is achieved. The shape of the wing-shaped supporting plate of the bionic pectoral fin structure simulates the shape of the section of a real biological pectoral fin, so that the movement performance of the robotic fish is improved, better manta ray biological movement bionics are achieved, and the movement performance of the robotic fish is improved.
