The invention provides a rack rail vehicle rotating speed self-adaption system which comprises a rail wheel system provided with rail wheels, a rack rail wheel system provided with rack rail wheels, a power system and an asynchronous magnetic coupler. The asynchronous magnetic coupler comprises a conductor disc and a magnet disc which are coaxially arranged in an attached mode, and one of the conductor disc and the magnet disc is in power connection with the track wheel system to drive track wheels. The other one is connected into a rack rail wheel system; the power system is arranged on the side, close to the rack rail wheel system, of the asynchronous magnetic coupler of the system. According to the rotating speed self-adaption system for the rack rail vehicle, the rotating speed self-adaption magnetic coupling technology is adopted, a clutch is omitted, the rotating speed of a rail wheel is made to automatically adapt to the requirement that the linear speed is equal when a gear is driven to climb through magnetic coupling, and part of the torque during climbing is shared. The problem that in the prior art, switching based on a mechanical clutch needs to be conducted systematically or manually is solved.

    本发明提供一种齿轨车辆转速自适应系统,包括设有轨道轮的轨道轮系统、设有齿轨轮的齿轨轮系统以及动力系统,还包括异步磁耦合器;异步磁耦合器包括同轴贴近设置的导体盘与磁体盘,导体盘与磁体盘两者之一动力接入轨道轮系统,驱动轨道轮;另一者接入齿轨轮系统;动力系统设置于系统的所述异步磁耦合器的靠近齿轨轮系统的一侧。该齿轨车辆转速自适应系统本发明的齿轨车辆转速自适应系统采用转速自适应磁耦合技术,取消离合器,通过磁耦合使轨道轮的转速自动适应齿轮驱动的爬坡时线速度相等的要求,并且分担部分爬坡时的转矩。避免了现有技术下需要系统或者人工进行基于机械离合器的切换的问题。
