The invention discloses an inhaul cable type redundancy control device and system for electronic mechanical braking and a vehicle, and the device comprises a piston control assembly which comprises a piston cylinder, a high-pressure air pipe, and a pull rod, a control piston, a pushing piston and a push rod which are sequentially and coaxially arranged in the piston cylinder, one end of the pull rod is connected with the control piston, and the other end of the pull rod is connected with the high-pressure air pipe; one end of the push rod is connected with the push piston, the other end of the push rod penetrates out of the end wall, close to the push piston, of the piston cylinder in a sliding mode, an inflation cavity is formed between the control piston and the push piston, one end of the high-pressure air pipe is arranged on the side wall of the piston cylinder in a communicating mode, and the other end of the high-pressure air pipe is used for being communicated with a high-pressure air source. One end of the lever assembly is connected with the end, penetrating out of the piston cylinder, of the push rod, and the other end of the lever assembly is connected with calipers of a vehicle through an inhaul cable. The inhaul cable type redundancy control device can provide braking force for the vehicle when the electronic control module of the electronic mechanical braking system fails, so that timely braking of the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种电子机械制动的拉索式冗余控制装置、系统及车辆,该装置包括:活塞控制组件包括活塞筒、高压气管,以及依次同轴设置在活塞筒内的拉杆、控制活塞、推动活塞和推杆,拉杆的一端与控制活塞连接,另一端从活塞筒靠近控制活塞的端壁滑动穿出,推杆的一端与推动活塞连接,另一端从活塞筒靠近推动活塞的端壁滑动穿出,控制活塞与推动活塞之间设置有充气腔,高压气管一端连通设置在活塞筒侧壁,另一端用于与高压气源连通;杠杆组件的一端与推杆穿出活塞筒的端部连接,杠杆组件的另一端通过拉索与车辆的卡钳连接;本发明的拉索式冗余控制装置能够在电子机械制动系统的电子控制模块失效时为车辆提供刹车力,以保证车辆的及时制动。
