Through holes are formed in the two sides of the wire column and located at the same height as the clamping grooves. Through the arrangement of the charging element and the servo double-shaft motor, the charging element is arranged in the electric wire column, when charging is needed, the servo double-shaft motor drives the charging element to rotate, a charging gun is made to rotate to the position where the through hole is located, then the through hole is pulled out of the clamping groove and connected with a vehicle charging port, then a vehicle is charged, and after charging is finished, the charging gun is driven to rotate to the position where the charging gun is located. And the charging wire is pushed back into the electric wire column, the through hole is inserted into the clamping groove, and the control screen is used for controlling the charging to be finished, so that the servo double-shaft motor drives the charging element to rotate through the electromagnetic clutch I again.
