The invention relates to a charging reservation method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a time difference between a gun insertion moment of to-be-charged equipment and a charging starting moment of a current period corresponding to a reserved charging function; wherein the gun insertion moment is later than the charging starting moment of the current period; and if the time difference is smaller than or equal to a preset duration threshold, charging the to-be-charged device. The charging reservation method provided by the invention has relatively high scene applicability.
