The discharging circuit comprises a reference module, an adjusting module, an acquisition module and a logic module, the adjusting module is used for being electrically connected with the energy storage device, the acquisition module is electrically connected with the adjusting module and the logic module, and the logic module is electrically connected with the reference module and the adjusting module. In the discharging process of the energy storage device, the collection module collects the discharging current of the energy storage device and outputs a collection signal according to the discharging current. The logic module outputs a logic signal according to the reference voltage signal and the acquisition signal. And the adjusting module adjusts the discharge current of the energy storage device to a preset current according to the logic signal, so that constant-current discharge of the energy storage device is realized. The discharge circuit provided by the embodiment of the invention can perform constant-current discharge on the energy storage device, so that the energy storage device can quickly and stably discharge, the voltage of the energy storage device is reduced, and the energy storage device is prevented from hurting personnel.
