The invention provides an emergency evacuation system for a new energy vehicle. The emergency evacuation system comprises a charging module, a lithium battery module and an SMP monitoring module. According to the invention, the lithium battery module at the bottom of the new energy vehicle is monitored in real time through the infrared imager and the extremely early gas detector on the vehicle carrying platform, and the monitoring information is transmitted to the central processing unit in the SMP monitoring module through the transmission unit for data analysis and comparison processing; the central processing unit transmits signals to a client mobile phone or a computer client through the network transmission module to remind a client, the audible and visual alarm is started to remind surrounding people to evacuate, the central processing unit transmits the signals to the control unit, and the control unit controls the driving unit to drive the vehicle carrying platform to carry the new energy vehicle out of a room according to a route set by the navigation module. Therefore, fire disasters caused by spontaneous combustion of the new energy vehicles when the new energy vehicles are charged in the indoor parking lot or the private garage are prevented, and economic losses caused by the fire disasters are avoided.
