The invention relates to a thermal management system and a fluid pressure adjusting method, the thermal management system comprises a radiator, a first heat dissipation loop and a second heat dissipation loop, and the first heat dissipation loop and the second heat dissipation loop are connected in parallel and then connected with the radiator in series; the second heat dissipation loop is provided with a reducing pipe used for balancing system fluid pressure. The reducing pipe is adopted to increase flow resistance in a heat management system branch, so that pressure balance of the heat management system is achieved, energy consumption of a cooling fan and a water pump is reduced, working efficiency of the system is improved, and safe and stable operation of the system is guaranteed. In a vehicle model with the upper part and chassis heat dissipation integrated, when the upper part is not connected into a heat management system loop, the reducing pipe is adopted to simulate the pressure drop of the upper part, and when the upper part needs heat dissipation, only the reducing pipe needs to be detached, and an upper part electric appliance needs to be connected into the loop in series.

    本发明涉及一种热管理系统及流体压力调节方法,该热管理系统,其包括散热器、第一散热回路和第二散热回路,第一散热回路和第二散热回路并联后与散热器串联;第二散热回路上设有用于平衡系统流体压力的渐缩管。采用渐缩管来增加热管理系统支路中的流阻从而实现热管理系统的压力平衡,降低冷却风扇和水泵的能耗,提高系统工作效率并确保系统安全稳定运行。在上装和底盘散热一体化的车型中,当上装未接入热管理系统回路时,采用渐缩管模拟上装的压力降,当上装需要散热时,只需拆除渐缩管并将上装电器串联进回路中即可。
