The invention discloses in-building lifting equipment of a large unit curtain wall and a construction method of the in-building lifting equipment, the in-building lifting equipment comprises a truss suspension arm, the indoor end of the truss suspension arm is arranged in a floor, the outdoor end of the truss suspension arm extends to the outside of the floor, two supporting beams are mounted below the indoor end, and two ends of one supporting beam close to the outdoor are detachably mounted on a ceiling of the floor through suspension columns; the two ends of the other supporting beam are erected on a floor slab of a floor through supporting columns; the double-rope winch is installed at the indoor end, a trolley luffing mechanism is movably installed on the truss suspension arm, and a sling of the double-rope cigarette making machine is connected to the trolley luffing mechanism; the monitoring device is installed at the outdoor end and comprises a tilt angle sensor, a wind speed sensor and a monitor; and the remote cockpit is provided with a controller and a display screen, and the controller is connected to the monitoring device and the display screen. The problems that a traditional large unit curtain wall occupies a long time of a tower crane and a truck crane occupies a ground construction site during installation are solved.

    本发明公开了一种大型单元幕墙的楼内提升设备及其施工方法,包括:桁架吊臂,其室内端设置于楼层内,其室外端伸至楼层的外部,室内端的下方安装有两道支承梁,靠近室外的一支承梁的两端通过吊柱可拆卸地安装于楼层的天花板,另一支承梁的两端通过支承柱架设于楼层的楼板;双绳卷扬机,安装于室内端上,桁架吊臂上可活动地安装有小车变幅机构,双绳卷烟机的吊索连接于小车变幅机构;安装于室外端的监控装置,监控装置包括倾角传感器、风速传感器和监控器;远程驾驶舱,远程驾驶舱安装有控制器和显示屏,控制器连接于监控装置和显示屏。本发明解决了传统的大型单元体幕墙的安装存在占用塔吊时间长及汽车吊占用地面施工场地的问题。
