The invention relates to a ship seawater tank segment outfitting integrity construction method and a seawater tank, and during construction, the method comprises the following steps: constructing a complete and closed seawater tank cabin structure in a ship segment construction stage; a temporary process hole is formed, and the aperture of the process hole is smaller than that of a mounting hole used for mounting the seawater short pipe; fitting-out pieces in the seawater tank are installed in the seawater tank through the process holes, and accessories are installed outside the seawater tank; welding and plugging the process hole through a process hole sealing plate, and carrying out air tightness inspection on the seawater tank; the process hole sealing plate is dismounted, a hole is formed in an outer plate of the seawater tank, and a sea chest grating is installed at the hole; the seawater tank is subjected to sand washing and coating, after the dock stage seawater header pipe unit is built, mounting holes are formed according to the seawater header pipe unit, and seawater short pipes are mounted at the mounting holes. According to the method, in the sectioning stage, outfitting parts in the seawater tank can be conveniently installed through the auxiliary holes, the installation and positioning precision of the seawater short pipe is not affected, paint construction is conducted after sectioning integrity outfitting, and the paint integrity of an outer plate is prevented from being damaged.

    本发明涉及一种船舶海水箱分段舾装完整性建造方法及海水箱,建造时,该方法包括:船舶分段建造阶段建造完整封闭的海水箱舱室结构;开设临时的工艺孔,工艺孔小于用以海水短管安装的安装孔的孔径;通过工艺孔将海水箱内的舾装件安装在海水箱内,在海水箱外部安装附件;通过工艺孔封板将工艺孔焊接封堵,进行海水箱气密性检验;拆除工艺孔封板,在海水箱的外板上开孔并在开孔处安装海底门格栅;海水箱冲砂涂装,待船坞阶段海水总管单元搭建完成后,根据海水总管单元开设安装孔,在安装孔处安装海水短管。本发明在分段阶段工艺孔既便于海水箱内部舾装件安装,也不影响海水短管安装定位的精度,分段完整性舾装后油漆施工,避免破坏外板油漆完整性。
