The invention discloses a suspended type self-adjusting navigation mark system which comprises a navigation mark, the navigation mark is arranged above the water surfaces of the two sides of a river channel in a suspended mode, a water depth detection device is arranged on the navigation mark, and the navigation mark is connected with the bottom or the side bank of a riverbed on the side where the navigation mark is located through a suspended type navigation mark automatic telescopic adjusting device. The water depth detection device is in communication connection with a control power device of the suspended navigation mark automatic telescopic adjusting device. The influence of water flow and floating objects can be avoided, the position of the navigation mark can be automatically adjusted along with the change of the water depth, the navigable range can be better marked, and the ship navigation safety guarantee and the stability and reliability of the device are improved.
