The invention provides an underwater vehicle resonance icebreaking device and an icebreaking method, and belongs to the technical field of underwater vehicle sharing. The problems of low icebreaking efficiency and structural damage caused by the fact that an enclosure shell is possibly exposed out of the water surface but a superstructure is still clamped in an ice layer when an existing underwater vehicle breaks ice by means of shell strength are solved. The device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a connecting mechanism, saw blade mechanisms, hobbing cutter mechanisms and a plurality of bases, the two ends of each hobbing cutter mechanism are connected with the saw blade mechanisms, one end of each saw blade mechanism is connected with the corresponding hobbing cutter mechanism, the other end of each saw blade mechanism is rotationally connected with the connecting mechanism, the connecting mechanisms are rotationally arranged on the bases, one end of each connecting mechanism is connected with the hydraulic cylinder, and the other end of each connecting mechanism is connected with the corresponding hobbing cutter mechanism. The output end of the hydraulic cylinder is rotationally connected with the connecting mechanism, and the tail end of a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder is rotationally arranged on the base. The polar region ice breaking device is mainly used for polar region ice breaking in polar region detection operation.

    本发明提出了一种水下航行器共振破冰装置及破冰方法,属于水下航行器共用技术领域。解决了现有水下航行器依靠壳体强度破冰可能产生的围壳露出水面但上层建筑仍卡在冰层内部导致破冰效率低下和结构损伤的问题。它包括液压缸、连接机构、锯刀机构、滚刀机构和多个底座,所述滚刀机构的两端均连接有锯刀机构,所述锯刀机构的一端与滚刀机构相连,另一端与连接机构转动连接,所述连接机构转动设置在底座上,所述连接机构的一端连接有液压缸,所述液压缸的输出端与连接机构转动连接,所述液压缸的缸筒尾端转动设置在底座上。它主要用于极地探测作业中的极地破冰。
