When the temperature sensor in the charger monitors that the temperature reaches a set value, the heat dissipation fan of the charger starts the heat dissipation function, energy conservation and consumption reduction are carried out on the equipment by matching with re-optimization of a ventilation system in the charger, the service life of internal components of the equipment is prolonged, and the use cost of the equipment is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车直流充电机散热的实时调控系统,涉及充电机技术领域,包括充电机主体,所述充电机主体两侧的顶部固定安装有显示屏,所述充电机主体两侧的底部活动安装有充电枪,所述充电机主体背面的一侧设置有散热背板。本发明通过风扇板、套接板、串流板、连接线缆、双风扇、散热孔板、辅助板和温度传感器相互配合,解决了充电机长时间的使用,导致部分能源消耗,从而造成能源浪费的问题,达到调控散热机构的功能,利用充电机内部的温度传感器监测到温度达到设定值时,充电机散热风扇启动散热功能,配合重新优化充电机内部的通风系统来实现对设备本身进行节能降耗,延长设备内部元器件的使用寿命降低设备的使用成本。
