The invention discloses an intelligent charging and battery replacing system of an electric cargo ship and a design method of the intelligent charging and battery replacing system. The system comprises a plurality of battery modules, an intelligent charging device and an intelligent battery replacing device. The battery module serves as a minimum battery replacement unit capable of being operated and replaced and comprises M battery clusters connected in parallel and a battery management system, and M is larger than or equal to 1; the battery cluster is formed by connecting a plurality of battery cells in series; the number of battery modules configured by the ship according to the whole ship rating is N; the number of actually loaded battery modules configured by the ship according to the electric energy requirement in the actual sailing process is n, and n is smaller than or equal to N; the number configuration of the actually loaded battery modules is at least one larger than the critical point of the theoretical calculation value of the configuration number, so that when a single battery module breaks down, the remaining battery modules can support the whole ship to complete remaining sailing. According to the invention, enough electric quantity can be ensured to support all power for ship driving, rapid charging and battery replacement can be realized, the number of charging piles is reduced, the cost is greatly reduced, and the economic benefit maximization is realized.

    一种电动货船的智能充换电系统及其设计方法,其中系统包括若干个电池模组、智能充电装置和智能换电装置;所述电池模组作为可操作和替换的最小换电单元,其包括M个并联连接的电池簇和电池管理系统,其中M≥1;所述电池簇由多个电芯串联形成;船舶按照整船额定配置的电池模组数量为N;船舶按照实际航行过程中的电能需求配置的实际装载的电池模组数量为n,且n≤N;实际装载的电池模组数量配置要比配置数量理论计算值的临界点至少大1,使得单个电池模组发生故障时,剩下的电池模组能支撑整船完成剩余的航行。本发明既能保证有足够大的电量支撑船行的所有动力,又能实现快速充换电,而且还减少了充电桩数量,大大降低成本,实现经济效益最大化。
