The invention relates to an electric heating anti-icing thermal load test method for the leading edge of an air inlet duct of an airplane. Comprising the steps that an electric heating anti-icing system comprising an electric heating anti-icing element is arranged on the front edge of an air inlet duct model; the air inlet duct model provided with the electric heating anti-icing element is installed on an icing wind tunnel test section and operates at a preset first wind speed, and a refrigeration system, a height simulation system and an engine air inlet simulation system are started in sequence; the wind speed is gradually increased in a preset wind speed increasing mode, so that the environment in the icing wind tunnel body meets the preset test working condition requirement, and meanwhile, the temperature and pressure of a water path and a gas path of a spraying system are adjusted to set values of the preset test working condition requirement; an anti-icing thermal load meeting the anti-icing requirement is tested under the set working condition, and the critical point of the anti-icing thermal load under the current working condition is obtained under the conditions that the temperature of each temperature measuring point on the surface of the front edge is not lower than 0 DEG C and no ice is attached to the outer surface of the front edge. Compared with the prior art, the electric heating anti-icing element has the advantage that the consistency of the heating performance of the electric heating anti-icing element is higher.

    本发明涉及一种飞机进气道前缘电热防冰热载荷试验方法。包括:在进气道模型的前缘设置包括电加热防冰元件的电热防冰系统;将设置好电加热防冰元件的进气道模型安装在结冰风洞试验段,以预设的第一风速运行,并依次启动制冷系统、高度模拟系统和发动机进气模拟系统;以预设的风速提升方式逐渐提升风速,使结冰风洞洞体内的环境达到预设的试验工况要求,同时,喷雾系统水路、气路温度和压力调节到预设的试验工况要求的设定值;试验设置工况下满足防冰要求的防冰热载荷,以前缘表面各测温点温度不低于0℃,且前缘外表面无冰附着为条件,得到当前工况下的防冰热载荷临界点。本申请方案与现有技术相比,电加热防冰元件加热性能的一致性更高。
