The invention discloses a phase change air cooling heat dissipation device which comprises a heat dissipation substrate, a heat exchanger, a backflow pipe and a gas outlet pipe, the gas outlet pipe is communicated between a gas outlet of the heat dissipation substrate and a gas inlet of the heat exchanger, and the backflow pipe is communicated between a liquid outlet of the heat exchanger and a liquid backflow opening of the heat dissipation substrate; at least one side edge of the heat dissipation substrate is provided with the gas outlet and the liquid backflow port. In the phase change air cooling heat dissipation device, heat dissipation is conducted through evaporation, the heat dissipation efficiency is high, self-circulation can be achieved, and energy consumption is reduced. In addition, at least one side edge of the heat dissipation substrate is simultaneously provided with the gas outlet and the liquid backflow port, so that backflow liquid can be discharged as soon as possible after being heated, and the heat removal efficiency can be improved. In conclusion, the phase change air cooling heat dissipation device can effectively solve the problem that the heat dissipation effect of a heat dissipation device is not good.

    本发明公开了一种相变风冷散热装置,包括散热基板、换热器、回流管和出气管,所述出气管连通在所述散热基板的气体出气口和所述换热器的气体进口之间,所述回流管连通在所述换热器的液体出口和所述散热基板的液体回流口之间;所述散热基板至少一侧边沿设置有所述气体出口以及所述液体回流口。在该相变风冷散热装置中,通过蒸发进行散热,散热效率高,而且可以实现自循环,降低能耗。另外,在散热基板至少一侧边沿同时设置有气体出口以及液体回流口,利于回流的液体受热后尽快排出,可以提高排热效率。综上所述,该相变风冷散热装置能够有效地解决散热装置散热效果不好的问题。
