The invention provides a measuring device and method for the abrasion value and the reduction value of a turnout switch rail, and belongs to the technical field of steel rail maintenance. The device comprises a support arranged above a to-be-detected switch rail, a first light source and a first camera as well as a second light source and a second camera are mounted on two sides of the top of the support respectively, the bottom of the support is fixedly connected with a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is lapped on the to-be-detected switch rail and is provided with a first traveling wheel and a second traveling wheel, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a telescopic rod. The other end of the telescopic rod is lapped on the other steel rail and is provided with a third walking wheel; a first depended wheel and a second depended wheel are arranged below the connecting rod and abut against the inner side rail waist of the switch rail to be detected. A third depended wheel is arranged below the telescopic rod and abuts against the inner side rail waist of the steel rail. The laser ray projection plane and the cross section of the switch rail to be measured are always located in the same plane through the design of the abutting wheels on the mechanical structure, the abrasion value and the reduction value of the switch rail are measured through the three-dimensional reconstruction method based on the laser triangulation method, and the measurement precision is improved.
本发明提供一种道岔尖轨磨耗值和降低值的测量装置及方法,属于钢轨养护技术领域。所述装置包括设置在待测尖轨上方的支架,支架的顶部两侧分别安装第一光源与第一相机,第二光源与第二相机,支架底部与连接杆固定连接,连接杆的一端搭在待测尖轨上并安装第一行走轮和第二行走轮,另一端连接可伸缩杆,可伸缩杆的另一端搭在另一钢轨上并安装第三行走轮;连接杆下方设置第一靠轮和第二靠轮,紧靠待测尖轨内侧轨腰;可伸缩杆下方设置第三靠轮,紧靠钢轨内侧轨腰。本发明通过机械结构上的靠紧轮等设计保证激光线投影平面与待测尖轨横截面始终位于同一平面内,通过基于激光三角测量法的三维重构方法测量尖轨磨耗值和降低值,提高了测量精度。
