The invention discloses a measuring tool and a detecting method for the spatial position of a blade disc mortise. The measuring tool comprises a tooth-shaped positioning block, a meter aligning assembly and a measuring assembly, the tooth-shaped positioning block is used for being installed on a to-be-detected mortise of a blade disc. The meter alignment assembly comprises a base and a positioning ring arranged at the top of the base, a positioning hole is formed in the middle of the positioning ring, and the diameter of the positioning hole is consistent with that of the through hole in the blade disc; a meter setting block is arranged on the base; the measuring assembly comprises a body and two supporting blocks arranged on the lower surface of the body at intervals, a stop pin and four dial indicators are installed on the body through an arch-shaped frame, and a positioning piece is arranged in the middle of the body. The detection method adopts the detection tool. According to the invention, the tooth-shaped positioning block is installed on the mortise of the to-be-detected blade disc, the gauge setting assembly is used for gauge setting of the measuring assembly, and the measuring assembly after gauge setting directly measures each measuring surface on the tooth-shaped positioning block so as to indirectly reflect the spatial position size of the to-be-detected mortise on the blade disc.

    一种用于叶盘榫槽空间位置的测具及检测方法,该测具包括齿形定位块、对表组件和测量组件;齿形定位块用于安装在叶盘待检测的榫槽上;对表组件包括底座、以及设置在底座顶部的定位环,在定位环的中部设置有定位孔,该定位孔与叶盘上的通孔直径一致;在底座上设置有对表块;测量组件包括本体、以及间隔设置在本体下表面上的两个支撑块,在本体上通过弓形架安装有挡销、以及四个百分表,本体的中部设置有定位件。检测方法采用上述测具。在本发明中,利用齿形定位块安装在待检测的叶盘的榫槽上,同时利用对表组件给测量组件进行对表,完成对表后的测量组件直接测量齿形定位块上各个测量面来间接反映出叶盘上待检测榫槽的空间位置尺寸。
