The invention relates to a chemical fiber industrial filament manufacturing method, a chemical fiber industrial filament and a safety airbag, and the method comprises the following steps: pre-crystallizing a polyester chip with preset viscosity, and reversely heating for at least 1-5 hours by using hot air at 160-180 DEG C in a stirring state to obtain a pre-crystallized chip; conveying the pre-crystallized slices into a solid-phase polymerization tower, and heating for at least 26-40 hours under the condition of 190-220 DEG C through hot nitrogen to obtain polymerized tackified slices; the polymerization tackifying slices are placed in a screw extruder to be subjected to melting treatment, and spinning melt is obtained; the spinning melt is filtered through a filter screen in a spinning assembly; and enabling the filtered spinning melt to pass through a spinneret plate in a spinning assembly so as to form a chemical fiber filament continuum with a hollow structure. Compared with the prior art, the chemical fiber industrial filament which is high in hollowness degree and capable of keeping good mechanical properties can be obtained.

    本发明涉及一种化纤工业长丝的制造方法及化纤工业长丝以及安全气囊,其包括以下步骤:将预设粘度的聚酯切片进行预结晶,并在搅拌的状态下,使用160~180℃的热空气逆向加热至少1~5h,以得到预结晶切片;将预结晶切片输送至固相聚合塔内,通过热氮气在190~220℃的条件下进行加热至少26~40h,以得到聚合增粘切片;将聚合增粘切片置入螺杆挤压机中熔融处理,得到纺丝熔体;将纺丝熔体通过纺丝组件中的过滤网进行过滤处理;将过滤后的纺丝熔体通过纺丝组件中的喷丝板,以形成具有中空结构的化纤长丝连续体。与现有技术相比,本申请可以得到中空度高,且可保持良好的力学性能的化纤工业长丝。
