    本发明提供一种航空零部件加工用吊装设备及其使用方法,涉及航空零部件加工技术领域。航空零部件加工用吊装设备包括电动小车、吊座、起吊机构、压紧机构、角度调整机构、悬置轨道与三爪卡盘,电动小车沿悬置轨道移动,三爪卡盘连接于吊座上;角度调整机构包括球头与定位杆,球头活动连接于电动小车的下表面,定位杆连接于球头上,且定位杆位于左右两段钢丝绳之间,压紧机构用于将左右两段钢丝绳压紧到定位杆的两侧表面。本发明通过将左右两段钢丝绳的上部合拢到了定位杆上,使推动盘心航空零件的力会被集中到定位杆上,这样可以较为省力地微调吊座的位置,进而微调盘心航空零件的位置,使盘心航空零件的组装工作更加便捷。
