The invention relates to the technical field of aircrafts, in particular to a ducted fan power-based variant unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a mass sliding block, a linear driving assembly, two connecting rod assemblies and a plurality of ducted fans, and the mass sliding block is arranged in a lower fuselage section in a sliding manner; the linear driving assembly is used for driving the mass sliding block to slide in the length direction in the lower machine body section. The input ends of the connecting rod assemblies are connected with the mass sliding blocks, and the output ends of the connecting rod assemblies are each connected with a wing; and the plurality of ducted fans are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the tail part of the fuselage of the aircraft. According to the device, when the wings are unfolded or sweepback contracted, the gravity center of the aircraft is balanced when the wings are sweepback contracted or unfolded, and stable flight of the aircraft is achieved by combining the ducted fan.
