The invention relates to the technical field of underwater robots, and discloses an ROV-based seabed salvaging device and salvaging method.The ROV-based seabed salvaging device comprises an ROV body, a groove frame is connected to the bottom wall of the ROV body through a rotating mechanism, a first salvaging mechanism is arranged on the end wall of the groove frame, and the first salvaging mechanism comprises a lifting sliding groove formed in the end wall of the groove frame; according to the device, an object buried in the seabed can be fished, during fishing, silt around the object can be cleaned, the object can be drilled into the outer side of the object and drilled to the bottom of the object, the object can be shoveled up, and the object can be clamped and fished out conveniently; according to the fishing device, objects with small sizes can be fished, the objects can be shoveled up, fishing failures caused by impact of water flow can be prevented during fishing, the fishing efficiency is improved, and the fished objects can be collected; and objects with different sizes can be grabbed, so that objects with large sizes can be salvaged.

    本发明涉及水下机器人技术领域,且公开了一种基于ROV海底打捞装置及打捞方法,包括ROV本体,所述ROV本体底壁上通过转动机构连接有凹槽架,所述凹槽架端壁上第一打捞机构,所述第一打捞机构包括所述凹槽架端壁上设有的升降滑槽,能够实现对埋于海底的物体进行打捞,在打捞时可以实现对物体周围的泥沙进行清理,钻入到物体的外侧,钻到物体的底部位置,对物体进行铲起,并且可以实现对物体进行夹持,便于对打捞出;能够实现对体积不大的物体进行打捞,并且可以对物体进行铲起,在打捞时能够防止由于水流的冲击造成打捞失败,提高了打捞的效率,并且能够实现对打捞后的物体进行收集;可以实现对体积的物体进行抓取,从而实现对大体积的物体进行打捞。
