According to the scheme, the multiple clamping assemblies can slide in the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove, the distance between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate in the thickness direction of the thin plate is adjusted, the thin plate is clamped, and deformation of the thin plate is prevented. The problems that in the prior art, the construction process is tedious, the working procedure is complex, and repeated utilization cannot be achieved in the mode that angle steel is adopted for welding and fixing the free edges of the sections are solved.

    本发明公开了一种薄板变形控制工装及控制方法,涉及板件变形控制技术领域,该工装包括:第一夹板,其用于设置在薄板的一侧,所述第一夹板远离所述薄板的一侧设有第一滑槽;第二夹板,其用于设置在薄板的另一侧,所述第二夹板远离所述薄板的一侧设有第二滑槽;多组夹持组件,每组所述夹持组件均可在所述第一滑槽和第二滑槽内滑动,并调节第一夹板和第二夹板在薄板厚度方向的距离。本方案多组夹持组件可在所述第一滑槽和第二滑槽内滑动,并调节第一夹板和第二夹板在薄板厚度方向的距离,将薄板夹紧,防止薄板发生变形。解决了现有技术中采用角钢将分段自由边处焊接固定的方式,存在施工过程繁琐,工序复杂,无法重复利用的问题。
