The invention provides a hunting simulation quadruped robot which comprises a flexible tensioning integral spine, a front shoulder structure, a rear hip structure, two driving devices, two front leg structures and two rear leg structures, and the flexible tensioning integral spine comprises a front end pressing rod component, a rear end pressing rod component and a plurality of connecting pressing rod components. The upper pressing rod of the front-end pressing rod component is sequentially connected with the upper pressing rod of each connecting pressing rod component through an upper spine active elastic piece, and the lower pressing rod of the front-end pressing rod component is sequentially connected with the lower pressing rod of each connecting pressing rod component through a lower spine active elastic piece. And the two driving devices are respectively and correspondingly connected with the upper spine active elastic piece and the lower spine active elastic piece in a driving manner. The quadruped robot simulating the hunting has high explosive power and high-speed running capacity, and therefore the quadruped robot has better non-structural environment adaptability.
