The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy equipment, and particularly relates to a charging pile based on clean energy and an electricity storage system for supplying the charging pile. The charging pile comprises a semi-buried battery box and a charging pile body. A storage battery pack is arranged in the semi-buried battery box, hollow interlayers are arranged at the bottom and on the side walls of the box body, condensate is contained in the interlayers, an anti-freezing agent is contained in the condensate, and a liquid injection opening of the condensate is connected with the circulating pump and the heat exchanger; a condensate injection port is formed in the edge of the top of the battery box; and the side wall of the battery box is also provided with a power transmission line interface for connecting a power supply device and other electric facilities. According to the charging pile provided by the invention, the semi-buried battery box and the multi-station charging pile body mounted above the battery box are arranged, so that the equipment investment in the early stage when a new energy charging station is built in the northern suburb is reduced.
