The invention discloses a crawling control method and device for an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that the chassis speed, the front-drive speed, the rear-drive speed and the gearbox speed of the vehicle are obtained; the chassis vehicle speed, the front-drive vehicle speed, the rear-drive vehicle speed and the gearbox vehicle speed are screened, and the actual vehicle speed is determined; according to a difference value between the actual vehicle speed and a preset vehicle crawling vehicle speed, an initial crawling torque is determined and obtained; the slope value of the current road condition is obtained, and correction torque is determined according to the slope value, the actual vehicle speed and the initial crawling torque; a brake signal of the vehicle is obtained, the brake signal is preprocessed, and a brake attenuation coefficient is obtained through calculation; and according to the brake attenuation coefficient and the correction torque, target creep torque for controlling motor response is determined and obtained. Therefore, the problem of unexpected acceleration of crawling is solved by preprocessing the vehicle speed, the gradient and the braking, and the low-speed driving safety of the vehicle is greatly improved.

    本发明公开一种电动车辆蠕行控制方法及装置,通过获取车辆的底盘车速、前驱车速、后驱车速以及变速箱车速;对底盘车速、前驱车速、后驱车速以及变速箱车速进行筛选处理,确定得到实际车速;根据实际车速与预设的车辆蠕行车速的差值,确定得到初始蠕行扭矩;获取当前路况的坡度值,根据坡度值、实际车速以及初始蠕行扭矩,确定得到修正扭矩;获取车辆的制动信号,并对制动信号进行预处理,计算得到制动衰减系数;根据制动衰减系数以及修正扭矩,确定得到控制电机响应的目标蠕行扭矩。如此,方法通过对车速、坡度、制动三方面的预处理,来解决蠕行非预期加速的问题,大大提升车辆低速行驶安全性。
