The invention discloses a low-wind-resistance pantograph. Comprising a mounting frame arranged at the top of a vehicle body of the railway vehicle, a lower supporting arm rotationally connected to the mounting frame, a connecting shaft arranged on the lower supporting arm and perpendicular to the rotating plane of the lower supporting arm, an upper supporting arm rotationally connected to the connecting shaft in a sleeving mode, and a pantograph head arranged at the top end of the upper supporting arm. The two ends of the pull rod are rotationally connected with the mounting frame and the bottom end of the upper supporting arm respectively, and the connecting position of the lower supporting arm on the connecting shaft and the connecting position of the upper supporting arm on the connecting shaft are staggered in the axial direction of the connecting shaft. According to the invention, the wind resistance of the pantograph and the aerodynamic resistance of the whole railway vehicle can be reduced, and the aerodynamic characteristics of the pantograph are improved. The invention further discloses the railway vehicle which has the beneficial effects mentioned above.

    本发明公开一种低风阻受电弓,包括设置在轨道车辆的车体顶部的安装架、可转动地连接在所述安装架上的下支撑臂、设置于所述下支撑臂上并与所述下支撑臂的转动平面垂直的连接轴、可转动地套接在所述连接轴上的上支撑臂、设置于所述上支撑臂顶端的弓头,以及两端分别与所述安装架及所述上支撑臂的底端转动连接的拉杆,所述下支撑臂在所述连接轴上的连接位置,与所述上支撑臂在所述连接轴上的连接位置于所述连接轴的轴向上错开。本发明能够降低受电弓的风阻和轨道车辆的整车气动阻力,改善受电弓的气动特性。本发明还公开一种轨道车辆,其有益效果如上所述。
