The invention provides a road section travel time prediction method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining two continuous data points in vehicle trajectory data, and determining the path travel time based on the two continuous data points; determining path free flow travel time and path delay time based on the path travel time, wherein the path free flow travel time comprises at least one road section free flow travel time corresponding to the at least one road section; determining at least one road section static delay time and at least one road section dynamic delay time corresponding to at least one road section in the path delay time based on a scene where two continuous data points are located; determining the road section delay time of each road section based on the at least one road section static delay time and the at least one road section dynamic delay time; and determining the road section travel time based on the road section delay time and the road section free flow travel time. According to the invention, the purpose of obtaining the more accurate road section travel time of each road section through the vehicle track data with low sampling frequency is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种路段旅行时间预测方法及系统,其方法包括:获取车辆轨迹数据中的连续两个数据点,并基于连续两个数据点确定路径旅行时间;基于路径旅行时间确定路径自由流旅行时间和路径延误时间,路径自由流旅行时间包括与至少一个路段对应的至少一个路段自由流旅行时间;基于连续两个数据点所在场景确定路径延误时间中与至少一个路段对应的至少一个路段静态延误时间和至少一个路段动态延误时间;基于至少一个路段静态延误时间和至少一个路段动态延误时间确定各路段的路段延误时间;基于路段延误时间和路段自由流旅行时间确定路段旅行时间。本发明实现了通过低采样频率的车辆轨迹数据获知较准确的每个路段的路段旅行时间的目的。
