The climbing assisting system comprises an electric pole, a winch, a pull rope, the unmanned aerial vehicle and a guide mechanism, a cross arm is installed at the upper end of the electric pole, the pull rope penetrates through the guide mechanism, one end of the pull rope is wound around the winch, the other end of the pull rope is used for being connected with an operator, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for connecting the guide mechanism to the cross arm; the guiding mechanism comprises a support, the upper side of the support is fixedly connected with a hook capable of being hung on the cross arm, the upper side of the hook is fixedly connected with a first connecting piece, the support is rotationally connected with two idler wheels arranged up and down, and annular rope grooves are formed in the peripheries of the idler wheels. A clamping mechanism capable of clamping or loosening the first connecting piece is arranged on the lower side of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the climbing assisting system with the unmanned aerial vehicle further comprises a first remote controller and a second remote controller. The climbing assisting system with the unmanned aerial vehicle can assist an operator in climbing an electric pole, and physical strength is saved.
