A water tank is integrally formed in the top end of the cavity, a dripping mechanism is arranged below the inner wall of the water tank, the controller body controls starting and stopping of the dripping mechanism through a first rotating shaft, a drainage hole is formed in the bottom end of the cavity, and waste water is drained out of the cavity through the drainage hole; and through arrangement of a chamber, a second rotating shaft, a roller brush and the like, the problem that after the controller is soaked by seawater, sea salt left by evaporation and crystallization can generate a corrosion effect on metal in a wet state, and the service life of the controller is shortened is effectively solved, and the practicability of the device is improved.
