The invention relates to the technical field of cable hoisting equipment, in particular to a cable supporting device of a large-span cable crane and a working method of the cable supporting device. The cable supporting device is in rolling connection with a bearing cable through a bearing wheel set, and a first supporting shaft located on the upper portion in the bearing wheel set is connected with an input shaft of a transmission case; and the limiting wheel connected with the output shaft of the transmission case and the bearing wheel set synchronously rotate, so that the cable supporting device and the bearing cable are locked or rolled through the limiting mechanism arranged on the cable supporting device. When the positioning assembly locks the limiting wheel, the first supporting shaft and the first supporting cable pulley arranged on the first supporting shaft in a sleeving mode are synchronously locked, so that the bearing wheel set is kept in a locked state and fixed to the bearing cable. The first triggering assembly and the second triggering assembly arranged on the two sides of the limiting mechanism touch the positioning assemblies of the fixed cable supporting devices on the two adjacent sides correspondingly, and the locking state of the limiting wheel is relieved. According to the invention, a connecting cable between two adjacent cable supporting devices is optimized and omitted, the obstruction in the folding process of the cable supporting devices is reduced, and the laying process of the cable supporting devices is more accurate.

    本发明涉及缆索吊装设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种大跨度缆索吊机支索器及其工作方法,其中,支索器通过承重轮组与承重索滚动连接,且承重轮组中位于上方的第一支撑轴与传动箱的输入轴相连,使与传动箱输出轴相连的限位轮与承重轮组同步转动,使支索器通过设置其上的限位机构与承重索实现锁止或者滚动。当定位组件锁止限位轮时同步锁止第一支撑轴及套设其上的第一支索滑轮,使承重轮组保持锁止状态并固定在承重索上;通过设置在限位机构两侧的第一触发组件和第二触发组件分别触碰相邻两侧的固定支索器的定位组件,解除其对限位轮的锁止状态。本发明中优化省去了相邻两支索器间的连接索,降低支索器收拢过程的阻碍,且使支索器的布设过程更精确。
