The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and provides a hoisting control method and system based on high-precision space positioning and a hoisting device.The method is based on the hoisting device, and the hoisting device comprises a hoisting tower, a winch, a positioning instrument, a tilt angle sensor and a hoisting tool; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the position of a lifting appliance and the position of a tower crane by using a positioning instrument, and acquiring the inclination angle of the lifting appliance by using an inclination angle sensor; angle information of the lifting appliance is determined according to the position of the lifting appliance and the position of the tower crane, and the rope winding and unwinding speed of a winch is determined; and controlling the lifting appliance to operate in response to the rope winding and unwinding speed and the inclination angle. The method has the beneficial effects that the winch and the positioning instrument are arranged, and the rope winding and unwinding speed of the winch is determined according to the positioning information of the positioning instrument on the lifting appliance, so that accurate control over the lifting appliance is achieved, special equipment for high-altitude operation is not needed for lifting, the lifting safety is improved, synchronous control over the two tower cranes is achieved, and the lifting efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,提供基于高精度空间定位的吊装控制方法、系统及吊装装置,该方法基于吊装装置,该装置包括吊塔、卷扬机、定位仪、倾角传感器和吊具;该方法包括:利用定位仪获取吊具位置和吊塔位置,利用倾角传感器获取吊具的倾角度;根据吊具位置和吊塔位置确定吊具的角度信息,并确定卷扬机的收放绳速度;响应于收放绳速度和倾角度控制吊具运行。本发明有益效果:通过设置卷扬机和定位仪,并根据定位仪对吊具的定位信息确定卷扬机的收放绳速度,以实现对吊具的精确控制,无需采用高空作业特种设备进行吊装,提高吊装安全性,实现两个吊塔的同步控制,有效增加吊装效率。
