The full-automatic water granulated slag intelligent feeding crane comprises a bridge frame and a crane body, the crane body is installed at the top of the bridge frame, moving seats are arranged at the two ends of the crane body, the crane body is erected at the top of the bridge frame through the moving seats, and guardrails are arranged at the edges of the two sides of the crane body. A PLC control cabinet is arranged at the top of the crane main body, a cabinet door is arranged on the PLC control cabinet, a steel wire rope is connected to the position, located below the crane main body, of the bottom of the PLC control cabinet, and a grabbing hopper is arranged at the bottom of the steel wire rope; through the arrangement of the structure with the stabilizing assembly, when the device is used for clamping materials and in the moving process, a hung steel wire rope can be clamped through the arranged stabilizing assembly, certain stability is achieved on the grabbing hopper in the moving process, the shaking amplitude of the grabbing hopper during moving is reduced, and therefore the materials are better clamped; and the stability in the clamping process is improved while the clamping precision is guaranteed to be improved.

    本发明公开了全自动水渣智能上料行车,包括桥架和行车主体,所述行车主体安装在所述桥架的顶部,所述行车主体的两端设置有移动座,所述行车主体通过移动座架设在所述桥架的顶部,所述行车主体的两侧边缘处设置有护栏,所述行车主体的顶部设置有PLC控制柜,所述PLC控制柜上设置有柜门,所述PLC控制柜的底部位于行车主体的下方连接有钢丝绳,且所述钢丝绳的底部设置有抓料斗;通过设置的该带有稳定组件的结构,当使用该装置夹取物料且在移动过程中中,可通过设置的稳定组件对吊设的钢丝绳进行夹持,在移动过程中对抓料斗起到一定的稳定性,减低移动时抓料斗的晃动幅度,从而更好的夹取物料,保证提高夹取精度的同时,增加夹取过程中的稳定性。
