The invention discloses an elevator operation monitoring system and method based on the Internet of Things, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining various elevator fault information of each elevator, carrying out the data preprocessing according to the fault type of the elevator fault information, obtaining an elevator fault data set, carrying out the feature extraction of the elevator fault data set, and obtaining a training data set; building a fault prediction model according to the training data set, receiving an instruction sent by a user to the elevator, obtaining the motion state of the elevator, determining a distribution decision of the instruction based on the instruction and the motion state of the elevator, and building an operation evaluation index of the elevator according to an elevator operation mode and operation parameters of the elevator in the operation state; real-time elevator operation monitoring is completed based on elevator operation evaluation indexes and an elevator fault prediction model, the optimal elevator operation mode in the system is automatically adjusted according to the elevator fault prediction model and unexecuted user elevator taking information, the elevator taking comfort degree of a user is improved, elevator loss is reduced, and the elevator safety is improved. And the elevator running safety and the elevator taking efficiency of users are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于物联网的电梯运行监控系统及方法,通过获取各电梯发生各类电梯故障信息,根据电梯故障信息的故障类型进行数据预处理得到电梯故障数据集,对电梯故障数据集进行特征提取得到训练数据集,根据训练数据集构建故障预测模型,接收用户向电梯发送的指令并获取电梯的运动状态,基于指令和电梯的运动状态确定指令的分配决策,根据电梯处于运行状态的电梯运行模式和运行参数构建电梯的运行评价指标,基于电梯的运行评价指标和电梯故障预测模型完成电梯运行实时监控,根据电梯故障预测模型和尚未执行的用户乘梯信息自动调整系统内电梯最优运行模式,在提高用户乘梯舒适程度,降低电梯损耗,提高电梯运行的安全性和用户乘梯效率。
