The folding empennage device comprises four sets of folding wings, spring bolts, supports, rotating shafts and torsional springs, the four supports are evenly distributed on a fuselage, the folding wings are arranged outside the fuselage, the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces of the folding wings are arc surfaces, and the folding wings are connected with the supports through the rotating shafts; the torsional spring is of a 45-degree multi-circle torsional spring structure and sleeves the rotating shaft, one end of the torsional spring abuts against the fuselage, and the other end of the torsional spring abuts against the inner side plane of the folding wing; the lock tongue is fixed to the folding wing, a notch is formed in the connecting position of the support and the fuselage, the width of the lock tongue is consistent with that of the notch of the fuselage, and self-locking is completed after the lock tongue is embedded into the notch. The invention further discloses the cannon-launched unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be widely applied to various combat environments such as land battlefields, sea battlefields and air battlefields, the initial speed and the flight distance of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be effectively increased by adopting mortar launching, and long-distance rapid combat is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种炮射无人机的折叠式尾翼装置,包括四套折叠翼、锁舌、支座、转轴和扭簧,四个支座均匀分布于机身上,折叠翼在机身外部,内外表面均为圆弧面,通过转轴与支座连接;扭簧采用45°多圈扭簧结构,套在转轴外,一端抵住机身,另一端抵住折叠翼内侧平面;锁舌与折叠翼固定,支座与机身的连接处存在缺口,锁舌宽度与机身缺口宽度一致,当锁舌嵌入缺口后完成自锁。本发明还公开了一种炮射无人机。本发明可广泛应用于陆战场、海战场、空战场等多种作战环境,且采用迫击炮发射可有效提高无人机的初速度、飞行距离,实现远距离迅速作战。
