The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore wind turbine generator installation equipment, and particularly relates to an oil-electricity hybrid driving system and a hybrid wind power installation ship with an energy matching function, and the oil-electricity hybrid driving system comprises an energy supply assembly. The energy supply assembly comprises generator sets, an emergency generator set and a battery pack, different numbers of generator sets are started to supply energy to the wind power installation ship under different load conditions, redundant electric energy is stored in the battery pack when the generator sets supply energy sufficiently, and the power supply assembly is matched with the battery pack to supply energy to the wind power installation ship when the power supply is insufficient; and the battery pack supplies energy until the emergency generator set is started. When the wind power installation ship works, the dynamic positioning system collects environment signals through the sensor, the starting number, the rotating speed and the direction angle of the propellers are adjusted through the oil-electricity hybrid driving system, and the ship body is made to be located at the preset position all the time. Sufficient power of the wind power installation ship is guaranteed through the energy supply assembly, the energy supply problem of a traditional wind power installation ship under extreme working conditions is solved, and the safety and stability of the ship are improved.
