The invention relates to a battery heating strategy management method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the temperature data and state data of a battery, and executing the control logic corresponding to a main relay and a heating relay according to the state data, the temperature data and a preset minimum temperature threshold value; when the main relay and the heating relay are closed, the charging device is controlled to discharge to the heating sheet; and when the temperature data is higher than the preset highest temperature threshold value or the battery is fully charged, the heating relay is controlled to be disconnected. The device uses the method, the state data and the temperature data of the battery are obtained, the temperature data are compared with the preset minimum temperature threshold value, when the temperature data are lower than the preset minimum temperature threshold value, the main relay and the heating relay are controlled to be closed, and the charging equipment is controlled to discharge to the heating piece; and when the temperature data is higher than the preset highest temperature threshold value or the battery is fully charged, the heating relay is controlled to be disconnected, so that the battery is higher in reliability and longer in service life.
