The invention discloses an automobile creeping starting control method and system, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. Obtaining a target slope value of the ground where the automobile is located according to the automobile control signal; when the target slope value is greater than a first slope threshold value, determining a first crawling torque and a first crawling torque gradient corresponding to the target slope value according to a preset first corresponding relationship among a reference slope value, a reference crawling torque and a reference crawling torque gradient; when the depth of the brake pedal changes, the automobile is controlled to change from the initial torque to the first creeping torque according to the first creeping torque gradient so as to drive the automobile to start; compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the torque required by the automobile does not need to be calculated after the automobile is started, the actual torque can be quickly established for the automobile directly according to the obtained first creeping torque and the first creeping torque gradient, the automobile is controlled to be started, and therefore the automobile can stably run, and the condition of slope sliding is avoided.
