A manual bypass operation safety confirmation device of a platform door system comprises a relay set, a relay module, a pulse circuit and a self-reset switch. The relay module comprises a manual bypass switch and a relay; the manual bypass switch is connected in series with the relay, the manual bypass switch is further connected with DC24V, and the relay is further connected with 24VGND; the relay switch is connected in series with DC24V and the input end of the pulse circuit, the output end of the pulse circuit is connected with the relay set, the relay set is connected in series with the relay set first switch, and the relay set first switch is further connected with the self-reset switch; the relay group second switch and the relay group third switch are connected in series to a door full-closing and locking signal sent to the signal system by the platform door; when bypass operation is carried out, manual safety confirmation is needed, and potential safety hazards of a platform door system are reduced.
