The invention discloses a remote fault diagnosis system for a quay crane of a container terminal, which comprises a data acquisition module, a fault diagnosis module and a data display module, effective crane model data is generated through data cleaning and then is transmitted to the fault diagnosis module; the fault diagnosis module is used for carrying out real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis on the state of the quay crane by utilizing a fault recognition model, and automatically generating a fault solution and automatically carrying out fault repair operation when a crane fault or a fault trend is recognized; or after the fault repair operation fails, fault early warning information is sent to remind manual intervention of fault repair, and after the fault repair is completed, a manual intervention fault solution is sent to the fault recognition model for machine self-learning to achieve optimization iteration of the fault recognition model.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱码头岸桥起重机的远程故障诊断系统,包括数据采集模块、故障诊断模块和数据展示模块,其中:所述数据采集模块实时采集的岸桥起重机的关键运行参数,并经过数据清洗生成有效的起重机模型数据后传输给故障诊断模块;所述故障诊断模块利用故障识别模型对岸桥起重机状态进行实时监测和故障诊断,并在识别出起重机故障或存在故障趋势时,自动生成故障解决方案并自动进行故障修复操作,或在故障修复操作失败后发出故障预警信息以提醒人工介入故障修复,并在故障修复完成后将人工介入的故障解决方案发送至故障识别模型进行机器自学习以实现故障识别模型的优化迭代。
