According to the invention, an optical measurement system is adopted to measure the position change of each loading point and each steel wire, so as to obtain the loading deflection angle of the three-way load and further obtain the real load borne by the undercarriage; components are fixedly connected and spliced to form the test bed, so that the requirement on a test site is reduced, and manpower and material resources in a test process are saved.

    本发明公开一种集成式起落架载荷标定试验系统,属于起落架载荷标定技术领域。本发明包括:可拼装加载台架、加载系统、光学测量系统、起落架以及起落架支撑座;可拼装加载台架由1个底部台架以及2个侧翼台架通过固定连接组成,加载系统安装在可拼装加载台架的顶部,用来提供三向载荷,光学测量系统布置在加载系统的侧面,用于对加载系统关键点的识别,起落架支撑座与可拼装加载台架相连接,用于连接起落架。本发明采用光学测量系统测量各加载点以及各钢丝的位置变化,得到三向载荷的加载偏角,进而得到起落架所受的真实载荷;采用部件通过固定连接拼接形成试验台架,减小对于测试场地的要求,节省试验过程中的人力物力。
