The invention relates to the technical field of fluorescent materials, in particular to an ultraviolet-excited fluorescent material and a preparation method thereof.The ultraviolet-excited fluorescent material is prepared from 10-15 parts of metal zinc sulfide, 10-15 parts of metal chromium sulfide, 5-10 parts of rare earth oxide and 1-2 parts of an active agent; the preparation method has the beneficial effects that the rare earth oxide and the activating agent are used as activating agents, so that the prepared fluorescent material is high in absorption capacity and conversion rate, narrow-band emission of central ions of a rare earth complex is beneficial to panchromatic display, the physical and chemical properties are stable, and sulfide semiconductors of metal zinc and chromium have wide structural characteristics and photoelectric properties.

    本发明涉及荧光材料技术领域,具体为一种紫外光激发的荧光材料及其制备方法,包括:10‑15份金属锌硫化物,10‑15份金属铬硫化物,5‑10份稀土氧化物,1‑2份活性剂;有益效果为:使用稀土氧化物和活性剂作为激活剂可以使制备出来的荧光材料吸收能力强,转换率高,稀土配合物中心离子的窄带发射有利于全色显示,且物理化学性质稳定,金属锌、铬的硫化物半导体有广泛的结构特征、光电性质。
