The invention discloses a modified bio-based rubber nano composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering. The modified bio-based rubber nano composite material is prepared by carrying out coupling reaction on modified bio-based itaconate raw rubber and nano white carbon black. The modified bio-based rubber nano composite material contains Si-Si bonds formed by bonding silane groups of modified bio-based itaconate raw rubber and silicon hydroxyl groups in nano white carbon black. A silane group structure is introduced to a side group of an itaconate crude rubber macromolecular chain in a grafting modification manner, and then silane groups and silicon hydroxyl groups in the nano white carbon black are bonded together through a dehydration reaction, so that the dispersity of the nano white carbon black in the bio-based itaconate rubber is improved, and the stability of the bio-based itaconate rubber is improved. The processing performance and the mechanical performance of the bio-based itaconate rubber are improved.

    本发明公开了一种改性生物基橡胶纳米复合材料及制备方法和应用,属于化工技术领域。所述改性生物基橡胶纳米复合材料由改性后的生物基衣康酸酯生胶与纳米白炭黑进行偶联反应制备得到。所述改性生物基橡胶纳米复合材料中含有改性生物基衣康酸酯生胶的硅烷基与纳米白炭黑中的硅羟基键联形成的Si‑Si键。本发明通过接枝改性的方式在衣康酸酯生胶大分子链的侧基上引入了硅烷基结构,然后,通过硅烷基与纳米白炭黑中硅羟基的脱水反应键联在一起,提高了纳米白炭黑在生物基衣康酸酯橡胶中的分散性,改善了生物基衣康酸酯橡胶的加工性能和机械性能。
