The invention discloses a lifting device, a shuttle vehicle and a shuttle system. The lifting device comprises a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is fixed to a base of the shuttle vehicle so that rotating force can be output through the two ends of the transmission assembly correspondingly. The conversion assembly is connected with the transmission assembly so as to convert the rotating force output by one end of the transmission assembly and output the opposite rotating force; the connecting rod assembly is connected with the converter so as to drive the connecting rod assembly to rotate through the converter; and the supporting frame and the connecting rod assembly are fixed respectively, so that the supporting frame is driven to do lifting motion through rotation of the connecting rod assembly. The device can be widely applied to heavy load scenes, and has the advantages of small abrasion, simple structure, long service life and the like.
