The invention relates to the technical field of crane accessories, in particular to an on-site hoisting operation crane safety management and control device which comprises four sets of branch machines and a set of main machines which are respectively provided with pressure sensors, and the four sets of branch machines and the pressure sensors are respectively installed on four supporting foot soles of a crane. Signal amplifiers, single-chip microcomputers and wireless data transmission modules are further installed in the four extension sets, the single-chip microcomputers are externally connected with AD signal converters, and the four extension sets conduct data transmission with the host through the wireless data transmission modules. According to the device, the pressure of four supporting legs of the crane on the ground can be monitored in real time, whether the crane possibly overturns or not is analyzed according to the pressure, then collected data are integrated into one device to write a set of software, and display or alarm or sound production is carried out according to use requirements; data sensed by the supporting legs are analyzed on the microcomputer, and a result is fed back to field operation personnel, so that the field operation personnel are assisted to judge the safety of crane operation; whether the bottoms of four supporting legs of the crane are firm can be detected.

    本发明涉及吊车配件技术领域,具体为一种现场吊装作业吊车安全管控装置,包括分别安装有压力传感器的四组分机以及一组主机,四组分机及压力传感器分别安装于吊车的四个支撑脚底;四个分机内还安装有信号放大器、单片机和无线数据传输模块,单片机外接有AD信号转换器,四个分机通过无线数据传输模块与主机进行数据传输。本发明能实时监测吊车四个支撑脚对地面的压力,根据压力分析吊车是否可能存在倾覆的情况,再把收集到的数据整合到一个装置中编写一套软件,根据使用需求或显示或报警或发声;把支撑脚传感出的数据在微电脑上分析把结果反馈给现场作业的人员,辅助现场人员判断吊车作业的安全;能检测吊车四个支撑脚底部是否牢固。
