The convenient lifting device is used for being arranged on a tool frame of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle, the convenient lifting device comprises a lifting belt and two sets of convenient lifting mechanisms, lifting channels are formed in the two ends of the lifting belt, and each convenient lifting mechanism comprises a lifting element, a lifting component and a lifting component, the fixing device is used for being arranged on a tool frame of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle. The mounting frame is fixed with a movable rod of the lifting element; the end portion of the rotating frame is rotationally installed on the installation frame, the rotating frame is provided with a first working position and a second working position, when the rotating frame is located at the first working position, the rotating frame is turned outwards to be opened, when the rotating frame is located at the second working position, the rotating frame rotates upwards relative to the installation frame to be folded, and the rotating frame driving assembly is used for driving the rotating frame to rotate. The hoisting belt can be conveniently and quickly wrapped on the machine body, and convenient hoisting operation can be realized by matching with a hook of a crane or a traveling crane.
