The invention relates to a hard air refueling autonomous unloading ground scale semi-physical simulation test system, which comprises a test bench, a display control device, a measurement and control device, a driving device, a video recording device and a model device, and is characterized in that the test bench is used for installing a double-shaft slide rail and a refueling telescopic pipe scale model; the model device is mechanically connected with the driving equipment and drives the refueling telescopic pipe shrinkage ratio model and the oil receiver model to move; the display control equipment is connected and communicated with the measurement and control equipment through a network cable, the measurement and control equipment runs a program to drive the driving equipment to move, and the model device is driven to work according to program requirements; the measurement and control equipment is used for measuring the pipe body loading force of the refueling telescopic pipe scaling model in the model device and transmitting the pipe body loading force to the display and control equipment through serial port communication, and the display and control equipment formulates a posture change program of the refueling telescopic pipe scaling model so as to complete automatic unloading. The problems of difficult cooperative control and insufficient dynamic response of the multi-shaft driving motor of the refueling telescopic pipe model of the hard air refueling ground test system are solved.

    本发明涉及一种硬式空中加油自主卸荷地面缩比半物理仿真试验系统,包括试验台架、显控设备、测控设备、驱动设备、摄录设备和模型装置,试验台架用于安装双轴滑轨与加油伸缩管缩比模型;模型装置与驱动设备机械连接,驱动加油伸缩管缩比模型与受油机模型进行运动;显控设备与测控设备通过网线连接通信,测控设备运行程序令驱动设备进行运动,驱动模型装置按照程序要求开始进行工作;测控设备用于测量模型装置中加油伸缩管缩比模型的管身载荷力,并通过串口通信传至显控设备,显控设备制定加油伸缩管缩比模型姿态变化程序进而完成自动卸荷。解决了硬式空中加油地面试验系统的加油伸缩管模型的多轴驱动电机的协同控制难与动态响应不足的问题。
