The lower vehicle body assembly comprises a lower vehicle body; the upper vehicle body assembly comprises an upper vehicle body; a limiting boss is arranged on the edge of the lower trolley body, and a containing groove is formed in the limiting boss. A sealing rubber strip is arranged in the placing groove; by changing the use of traditional unmanned vehicle production materials and composite materials, the unmanned vehicle assembly can have excellent self-anticorrosion protection capability, meanwhile, through clamping limiting and connection of the limiting boss and the sealing rubber strip, the integrity between the upper vehicle body assembly and the lower vehicle body assembly is guaranteed, and the service life of the unmanned vehicle assembly is prolonged. And external water can be prevented from entering the vehicle body through the joint of the upper vehicle body assembly and the lower vehicle body assembly.

    本发明涉及无人车领域,具体来说是一种整体防腐式无人车总成及其生产工艺,包括车体总成,所述车体总成包括下部车体总成以及上部车体总成;所述下部车体总成、上部车体总成以及盖板总成主要采用复合材料制成;所述下部车体总成包括下部车体;所述上部车体总成包括上部车体;所述下部车体边缘处设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台上设有放置槽;所述放置槽内设有密封胶条;本发明通过改变传统无人车生产材料,复合材料的使用,可以使得无人车总成自身具有极好的自我防腐防护能力,同时通过限位凸台以及密封胶条的卡接限位以及连接,保证了上部车体总成与下部车体总成之间的整体性,可以避免外部水液通过上部车体总成与下部车体总成对接处进入车体内部。
