The invention relates to a commercial vehicle weight estimation method and device and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of vehicle weight estimation. According to the method, the vehicle driving resistance is fitted according to the driving data meeting the set vehicle conditions; the friction torque of an engine is calculated according to the driving data meeting the set vehicle conditions and the static parameters of the vehicle, and the torque value of the hydraulic retarder is obtained from the driving data; further establishing a driving equation for describing the relationship among the vehicle mass, the torque value of the hydraulic retarder, the friction torque of the engine, the inertial resistance, the air resistance, the rolling resistance and the slope resistance; and converting the driving equation into a least square form, and substituting the least square form into a recursive least square algorithm formula to obtain a vehicle weight estimation recursive formula to calculate the vehicle mass. According to the method, the hydraulic retarder is applied to add resistance so as to improve the accuracy of vehicle weight estimation, engine friction is comprehensively considered, a driving equation is established, and the recursive least square algorithm is used for estimating the vehicle weight stably approaching to the real vehicle weight.

    本发明涉及的一种商用车车重估算方法、装置及存储介质,涉及车重估计技术领域。本发明根据符合设定车辆条件的行驶数据对车辆行驶阻力进行拟合;根据符合设定车辆条件的行驶数据和车辆的静态参数计算发动机摩擦扭矩,从行驶数据中获取液力缓速器扭矩值;进而建立描述车辆质量、液力缓速器扭矩值、发动机摩擦扭矩、惯性阻力、空气阻力、滚动阻力、坡度阻力之间关系的行驶方程;将行驶方程转化为最小二乘形式,带入递推最小二乘算法公式,得到车重估计的递推公式来计算车辆质量。本申请应用液力缓速器添加阻力以提高车重估计的准确性,并综合考虑发动机摩擦,建立行驶方程,利用递推最小二乘算法进行稳定趋近于真实车重的估算。
